  • Are you the installer, or do you arrange the install?

    We are a Colorado Foothills access-control brand, not an installation crew. We take your site details and scope the gate configurations, power systems, and access controls suited to your entrance. The scope leads to a full system quote.

  • What if there is no grid power or broadband at my gate?

    Both are common on mountain properties. Solar arrays paired with deep-cycle battery backup handle power. Cellular access control, keypads and intercoms that run on cell signal, handles remote access where there is no broadband or landline at the gate.

  • Why does gate type matter on a steep or icy driveway?

    A standard ground-track slide gate collects ice, snow, and debris in the channel and can freeze solid. A cantilever slide gate rolls on posts set back from the opening with no ground track to clog. Vertical-lift configurations suit sites where a swing or slide arc is not practical.

  • What happens if I delay installing a manual release?

    A gate with no manual release cannot be opened by hand if the operator loses power or fails during a fire evacuation. That turns an entrance into a barrier at the worst possible moment. Manual release is part of every gate spec we discuss, it is not an upgrade.

  • Does every system have to meet UL 325?
